Needles Parks Commission Usually Meets on First and Third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.

NEEDLES — November 2, 2026. Needles Parks and Recreation Commission is an advisory body that provides recommendations to the City Council on recreation programs, public parks and community facilities.

Where meetings are scheduled

The city lists first and third Tuesday meetings at 4 p.m. at Council Chambers, 1111 Bailey Avenue. Special meetings can be called separately, and a regular time does not guarantee that a session will be held if an official cancellation notice is posted.

What the commission can do

Members review recreation needs and make recommendations, particularly about youth programs and city leisure services. A commission recommendation is different from a formal City Council budget or construction approval.

Find the agenda

Residents can follow the city’s online agenda and minutes system for meeting packets and public-comment arrangements. Contact the city at 760-326-2113 about accessibility or upcoming meeting status.
